Sam was a very knowledgeable and incredibly welcoming along with free drinks for the customers. He seemed very passionate about making sure his customers are happy. The lobby in showroom was incredibly clean the parking was very easy and the workers all seemed really happy and to me that is a huge green flag for a place to go get your vehicle worked on

The best ever autoshop I have visited. The staff are super nice and patient. The price is super reasonable. They tell you a lot of things to help keep your car in good shape and did many things on courtesy. The store is also clean and comfy.

Sam was very helpful when informing us what was needed on our vehicle. We were informed that car would be ready Saturday and they had it ready today Friday, 07.20.26. This is our first time using New Roads and I know we will be back. Thanks again for your kindness and taking your time to fix our vehicle at a reasonable price

Customer service has been excellent thus far. I really appreciate being sent images and a written description of the diagnostics and options with dollar amounts included. When I called, for clarification, Sam was very helpful, speaking in a way that was informative and understandable for a non-car-person without being condescending. Prices seem reasonable and I don't feel like I was encouraged to get unnecessary work done like has been the case at some other garages. Would definitely go back.

I had an issue with my car and called several garages to check pricing. Most places were charging around $150 to $200 just for a diagnosis, which felt quite expensive. After some more searching, I came across New Roads Garage and spoke with Sam. He was very helpful and mentioned that they offer free diagnosis, which was a big relief. I decided to give them a try, and I’m really glad I did. The team diagnosed and repaired my car within just a couple of hours, very quick and efficient service. Overall, I had a great experience. The staff was professional, honest, and respectful of my time. I would definitely recommend New Roads Garage to anyone looking for reliable and affordable car service.
